How do I reserve my rental?
Fill out our contact form and we will send over detailed rental information within 24 hours. If you do not receive the information, please check your spam folder.
How much is the deposit?
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required for all rentals with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event.
Do you travel?
We like to stay within a 2-hour radius of the metro Detroit area (with the exception of northern Michigan). If you are interested in services in another state, let us know, we may have some partners that we can refer you to.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! The pricing listed on our packages page is a general guide. We offer a variety of services that can be mixed and matched and customized to your needs.
I don’t want to use the booth until after dinner/my program/etc. but I want you to set up before my guests arrive. What should I do?
We offer idle time at $75 where we can come and set up prior to your event starting.
What backdrops do you offer?

How much space is required for set up?
8x8 square feet of space is required for a complete set up of the booth, backdrop, and props.
360 Booth
Does the 360 video booth provide prints?
The 360 video booth only provides video output. It is not capable of still photos or prints.
Can my guests share the videos via text?
Due to the file size of the videos, guests will only be able to share via QR code or direct email.
How many songs are included?
1 song selection is included in the package.
How many people can fit on the platform?
For safety precautions, we recommend 3-4 people on the platform at a time.
How much space is required for set-up?
We require a minimum of 10x10 sq ft to set-up the platform, lights, and command station. The area should be free from foot traffic and not blocking in entry ways.
Fancy Phone
How does it work?
We will deliver and set up your Fancy Phone Audio Guestbook prior to the start of your event and return after your event to pick it up.
How do my guests record messages?
Your guests simply pick up the receiver and listen to the message. After the tone, guests record the message, and hang up the receiver.
How will I get the messages?
We will send a link to your messages within 24 business hours of picking up the phone from your event.
Do you provide signage for the audio guestbook?
Yes, we can provide a standard sign for the audio guest book.
Flower Walls
What size are the walls?
All flower walls are approximately 8x8 ft.
Can I rent a flower wall without renting a photo booth?
Absolutely! Flower walls are available for rent separately from photo booth rentals.
Can I hang a sign on the wall?
You can hang a sign from the wall however nothing can be affixed to the wall. We recommend fishing line (available at Walmart) and S-hooks (available on Amazon) to hang your sign.
How long is the flower wall rental?
Flower wall rentals are full day rentals at a flat cost. Let us know what time you would like us to set-up and pick-up your flower wall.
Can you set up outside?
At this time we are not accepting any outdoor flower wall rentals.
Neon Signs
Can I rent a neon sign without renting a flower wall or photo booth?
Yes, neon signs are available with a flower wall and/or photo booth rental and a la carte.
Do the neon signs change colors?
Best Day Ever and Happy Birthday are available in white and RGB colors. Oh Baby, Let’s Party, and Bride to be are only available in white at this time.
Do you deliver neon signs?
All neon sign rentals will need to be picked up from our office in Southfield MI.
How long is my neon sign rental?
Neon sign rentals are full day rentals that can be picked up from our Southfield office 1 day prior to your event and dropped off on Monday morning following your event.
