Now that the hustle and bustle of the holiday season have died down, its time for one of the largest winter events not just in Michigan but in North America, the NAIAS!
If you know anything about the North American International Auto Show, you know the displays (and the cars) are spectacular! This year Amazon Prime Video set up a British pop-up pub right on the showroom floor for the media preview days. The Grand Tour Mayhem Hall Pub is brilliant marketing activation, to promote the popular Amazon Prime original show, The Grand Tour. The Grand Tour is about 3 guys and their escapades in exotic locations, with exotic cars.

The pub featured bar snacks, darts, charging stations, fish’n chips, beer on tap and of course no activation is complete without a digital photo booth! The digital booth station was set up for guests to take pictures with standees of the stars of the show, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May. Besides fun, the digital booth station, provided by Fancy Flash Photo Booth, served an important purpose! If guests shared their photo using the #TheGrandTour hashtag, a donation was made to U CAN-CER VIVE, a Michigan based, nonprofit cancer research organization.

Guests could take a picture holding the hashtag props, clicking their cups with a chap, or wearing the Mayhem Hall Pub jumper!
The Mayhem Hall Pub at NAIAS was a smashing success! The guest loved it and funds were raised for an important cause! We love it when a plan comes together.
